Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

- Belgium / Germany: €7.95 (free over €75)
- Rest of Europe: from €12.95
- Outside Europe: from €19.95
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Customs & Import Duties For orders outside the EU, customs fees and import duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days at orders@bubukong.com. Keep the original packaging for any claims.
